Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Reconstruction Of Čechova Street – Project Documentation Ii. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Services Consisting In The Processing Of Subsequent Project Documentation, I.E. Project Documentation For Building Permits And Project Documentation For Building Construction, Including A List Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of Dimensions, For Fragments 1 And 3 (Project Documentation), And The Provision Of Related Performance According To The Contract, In Particular The Provision Of Engineering Activities, The Provision Of Cooperation In The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction Works And The Implementation Of Designer Supervision (Author Supervision), (Related Performance), All Within The Scope Specified By The Stages Of The Services Specified In The Technical Specification And Under The Conditions Stipulated In The Contract. The Project Documentation And Related Performance Will Be Based On The Čechova Street Study Prepared By The Developer Of The Čechova Street Study. Project Documentation And Related Performance Will Have To Be Processed And Provided In Accordance With These Documents. The Project Documentation And Related Performance Will Further Have To Be Coordinated, Linked And Aligned With The Project Documentation For The Reconstruction Of Čechova Street Project (For Fragment 2), Which Will Be Processed By The Developer Of The Čechova Street Study. The Čechova Street Study Forms An Attachment To The Tender Documentation. More Detailed Requirements Are Given In The Technical Specification Of The Subject Of Performance, Which Forms An Appendix To The Tender Documentation.
