Software-Related Services – Management And Maintenance Of The Grc Platform, Customer Portal And Issygpt. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Entrust The Holder With The Implementation Of Support And Management And Maintenance Of Support On The Grc (Salesforce Service Cloud Module), And The Salesforce Customer Portal (Salesforce Community Cloud Module) (Tma - Ticket Management) And Issygpt (Salesforce Agentforce Module). The Services Provided To The Holder, As Well As The Technical Specifications, Are Described In The Ccp. This Is A Framework Agreement For Services Concluded At Unit Prices Executed By Means Of Purchase Orders, Without Minimum, For A Maximum Annual Amount Of 70,000 Euros Excluding Tax. The Contract Will Take Effect For 1 Year, Tacitly Renewable 3 Times, For A Maximum Duration Of 4 Years.
