As Part Of The New Lyon-Turin Rail Link Project, The Telt Company, As Contracting Entity, Is The Public Promoter Responsible For The Construction And Management Of The Cross-Border Section Of The Future Infrastructure. Telt Has Defined Specific Objectives In Its Environmental Policy Aimed At Minimizing The Use Of Substances Hazardous To The Environment, In Its Production Processes And Throughout The Value Chain. This Strategy Leads Telt To Act With The Aim Of Adopting As A Priority A Precautionary Principle And Not Introducing Into The Environment Substances That Could Generate Negative Environmental Effects, Even If These, In This Case, Are Not Yet Subject To Production And Use Restrictions For The Construction Sector, In Accordance With Current Legislation. The Purpose Of This Public Contract Is To Provide Specialized Technical Advice And Assistance To Telt Aimed At Implementing The Objectives Mentioned Above And, More Precisely, To Support The Client In Its Activity With A High Specialized Technical Content, Consisting Of Supporting And Supervising The Evaluation Process Relating To The Presence Of Per- And Polyfluoroalkyl Substances In Materials As Well As The Management Of Any Environmental Risk Possibly Associated With Companies.
