The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New, Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive System For The Volunteer Fire Department In Biadaszki. 4.2. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery Of A Brand New Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive System - Hereinafter Referred To As The Vehicle, 2) Provision Of The Necessary Technical Description (In Polish), 3) Delivery Along With The Order Of The Manual Required For Operation In Polish And A Set Of Documents Necessary For Registration Of The Vehicle, 4) Training Of Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Vehicle And Equipment That Is The Subject Of The Contract. The Costs Of All Materials Necessary To Conduct The Training Are Borne By The Contractor. 4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including A List Of The Minimum Required Technical And Operational Parameters Of The Vehicle, Is Described In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4.5. Guarantee. The Ordering Party Requires That The Vehicle Be Covered By A Minimum Warranty Period For The Entire Vehicle, Including The Bodywork And Chassis: 24 Months From The Date Of Receipt By The Ordering Party (Does Not Include Service Inspections). The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Full Warranty Rights For Physical Defects Resulting From The Provisions Of The Civil Code Within The Deadlines Specified Therein - Regardless Of Warranty Rights. 4.6. Equivalent Solutions. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Design Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Design Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. If Trademarks Are Used In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Order, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Materials Or Devices Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Trademark (If Applicable), But With Similar (Equal) Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Documentation Design. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Equipment And Materials Used By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Use Of A Label In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Order Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That The Given Deliveries Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party. 4.8. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts According To The Model
