The Subject Of The Public Contract Must Be New, Unused And Fully Functional. Part Of The Performance Is The Delivery Of A Completely Manufactured, Fully Functional And Operable Fire Vehicle, Including The Required Fire Superstructure, Chassis, Integrated Equipment And All Accessories Specified In The Technical Specification Of The Tender Documentation. The Vehicle Must Meet All The Requirements Established By The Generally Binding Legal Regulations Of The Czech Republic And The European Union, Relevant Technical Standards And Conditions For Inclusion In The Equipment Of Fire Protection Units. The Subject Of The Public Contract Also Includes Testing And Commissioning, Including Operator Training And Transport To The Destination, I.E. The Place Of Implementation Mentioned Above.
