System Maintenance Services – Framework Agreement For Regular And Interventional Maintenance Of The Monitoring And Control System And Communication Equipment In The Function Of The Public Water Supply And Drainage System In The Territorial Area Under The Jurisdiction Of The Client For The Head Office And Subsidiaries Vrbovsko, Čabar And Delnice. The Existing Monitoring And Control System (Nus) Is Based On Remote Telemetry Stations That Increasingly Use Fiber-Optic And Mobile Gsm/Gprs/3G/4G Infrastructure To Transmit Data From Monitored Objects To The Command Center Along With The Basic Radio Communication Channel. The System Covers More Than 95% Of The Facilities Of The Water Supply And Public Drainage System. The Platform On Which The Data Is Collected Is Based On The Siemens Wincc Oa And General Electric Ifix Application Platforms, And In Order To Successfully Maintain The Existing System Without Disturbing The Transfer Of Process Data (Signaling, Measurements And Commands), And Communication In The System, The Executor Is Required To Have Experience In Maintaining Related Systems. Most Facilities Do Not Have A Permanent Crew, And The Loss Of Supervision And Management Over Them Would Cause Significant Difficulties In The Continuous And Safe Supply Of Drinking Water To Consumers, While The Drainage System Is Completely Autonomous And Therefore Dependent On The Functioning Of The Monitoring And Management System. The Client, As A Commercial Company Responsible For Maintaining Continuous Water Supply And Drainage, For Monitoring And Management Of Both Systems, Uses Telemetry Equipment And Computer Systems Based On Communication Infrastructure For Data Transmission From Facilities To Dispatch Centers. To Ensure The Safety Of System Operation, With The Aim Of Reducing The Frequency Of Equipment Failure, Maintenance Activities Are Carried Out According To The Current Legislation And Standardization In The Republic Of Croatia, And They Are Part Of The Set Maintenance Standards At Kd Vik. The Client Is An Operator Of Critical Infrastructure, Which By The Total Amount Of Delivered Drinking Water Falls Under The Cybersecurity Act Of Operators Of Key Services And Digital Service Providers. Maintenance Services On Computer Systems And Communication Infrastructure Are Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Cybersecurity Act.
