The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Order Is The Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of The Device For Visualization Of Biomolecules Together With The Services Related To The Subject Of Supply According To The Specification Set Out In The Draft Purchase Agreement (Annex No. 3 Of The Procurement Documentation). Annex No. 1 Of The Draft Purchase Agreement Contains The Technical Conditions Of The Subject Of Performance In The Form Of Determination Of Absolute (Minimum) Technical Requirements. If A Participant In The Tendering Procedure Does Not Meet Any Of The Absolute (Minimum) Technical Requirements, He Will Be Excluded From The Tendering Procedure. Fulfillment Of These Parameters Will Also Be Required By The Client As Part Of The Installation And Acceptance Of The Subject Of Performance.
