Lan/Wan Network Devices.. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is Service (Technical Support) Of Lan/Wan Network Devices. 2) Description Of The Ordering Partys Needs And Characteristic Features Of The Subject Of The Contract As Well As Minimum Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract/Contract Implementation, Non-Negotiable, Which Must Be Met By All Offers, Are Specified In Part Ii Of The Opiw, However, At The Stage Of Announcing The Contract, An Abbreviated Description Of The Needs And Requirements Of The Contract Will Be Made Available - In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 18 Of The Public Procurement Law. Acting Pursuant To Art. 381 Section 9 And 133 Section 3 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Establishes Requirements Regarding The Confidentiality Of Information Provided To Contractors In The Course Of The Procedure. The Following Parts Of The Opiw Are Confidential: - Part Ii Of The Opiw – Description Of The Subject Of The Contract; - Part Iv Opiw Draft Provisions Of The Contract. Contractors Invited To Participate In The Next Stage Of The Procedure, I.E. Together With The Invitation To Negotiations, Will Receive The Documents Indicated Above. A) Contractors Are Obliged To Submit Confidentiality Declarations Together With The Application To Participate In The Proceedings (Template No. 3(A) And (B) Of Part Iii Of Opiw). B) Declarations Must Be Submitted By Persons Authorized To Represent The Contractor (This Authorization Must Result From The Registration Documents Or Power Of Attorney Held By The Ordering Party In This Procedure) And By Persons Who Will Participate In The Procedure. Declarations Must Be Submitted (Published On The Purchasing Platform Along With The Application To Participate In The Proceedings) In The Form Of Electronic Documents Signed With A Qualified Electronic Signature. Note: If The Persons Who Will Be Participants In The Proceedings Do Not Have Qualified Electronic Signatures, The Ordering Party Allows These Declarations To Be Signed Manually By The Persons Submitting The Declarations, Scanned, Certified As True Copies Of The Original By Persons Authorized To Submit Declarations Of Will And Knowledge On Behalf Of The Contractor, And Transmitted In This Form To The Ordering Party Via The Purchasing Platform. C) Information Constituting A Trade Secret Will Be Transferred To The Contractor In Encrypted Form Via The Purchasing Platform. A Password To Decrypt These Documents Will Be Sent To The E-Mail Address Provided By The Contractor In The Application. 3) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 4) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 5) The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks. 6) The Ordering Party Emphasizes That This Procedure Is Conducted In The Form Of Sectoral Negotiations With Publication. This Means That After Submitting Applications, The Terms Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Negotiated With The Contractors Qualified For The Second Stage Of The Procedure. Pursuant To Art. 381 Section 8 Of The Act May Not Lead To A Change In The Minimum Requirements And Criteria For Evaluating Offers And Their Weights Specified In The Announcement Initiating The Procedure And In The Description Of The Offers.
