Mobile Telephones – Delivery Of Mobile Phones For Nask-Pib. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Brand New Mobile Phones For Employees Of The Scientific And Academic Computer Network - National Research Institute, Hereinafter Referred To As Nask-Pib Or The Ordering Party, Along With The Provision Of A Warranty By The Contractor. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Successive Delivery By The Contractor Of Brand New Mobile Phones, Hereinafter Referred To As: Equipment Or Device Or Telephone For The Ordering Party With The Minimum Requirements Specified In Chapter Iv Of Annex No. 1 To Swz-Sopz, Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz, According To The Following 2 (In Words: Two) Groups: A) Group I - Mobile Phones - 20 Pieces (Including: 10 Pieces Of Type 1 + 10 Pieces Of Type 2), B) Group Ii - Mobile Phones - 135 Pieces (Including: 125 Pieces Of Type 3 + 10 Pieces Of Type 4) 2) Providing A Warranty For The Equipment By The Contractor Referred To In Point 1) For A Period Of At Least 24 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Unit Order Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations For A Given Individual Order. The Extension Of The Equipment Warranty Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers Referred To In Chapter Xv Section. 3 Swz. 3. The Planned Estimated Number Of Equipment, Indicated In Section 2 Point 1) Above, Constitutes The Ordering Partys Assumption As To The Expected Number Of Ordered Equipment Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Places Individual Orders According To Its Needs And Is Not Obliged To Place An Individual Order With The Contractor Up To The Amount Indicated In § 8 Section 2 Of Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Contract Template, Hereinafter Referred To As The Agreement. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Use 40% Of The Maximum Remuneration Amount Referred To In §8 Section 2 Of The Agreement (Hereinafter: Guaranteed Quantity). 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Subject Of The Order, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Perform The Order, Does Not Include: 1) Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Items 20 And 252), Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security, 2) An Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Or An Ict Service, Or An Ict Process, Specified In This Decision. If The Contractor Offers The Solution Referred To In Point 1) Or 2) Above, The Offer Will Be Subject To Rejection Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17) Or Point 19) Of The Public Procurement Law. 6. Order Completion Date: Is 12 Months, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement Or Until The Amount That The Ordering Party Intends To Allocate To Finance The Order Is Exhausted, Depending On Which Event Occurs First, Provided That The Equipment Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party Successfully.
