The Subject Of The Public Order Is The Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of Photovoltaic Power Plants On The Roofs Of 10 Buildings In The Town Of Nové Hrady. As Part Of The Implementation Of A New Roof On The Building In Byňov, The Removal Of The Existing Eternite (Asbestos) Roof Will Be Carried Out By A Contractors Subcontractor Who Is Professionally Qualified To Handle Materials Containing Asbestos In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations (In Particular, Act No. 258/2000 Coll., On The Protection Of Public Health And Act No. 541/2020 Coll., On Waste). The Client Points Out That These Specific Works Will Be Ensured By A Person With The Relevant Expertise And Authorization, And The Asbestos Management Solution Will Be Fully In Accordance With Legal Regulations.
