The Residential Building Is To Be Upgraded In Terms Of Structural Physics And Fire Protection. Through Facade Insulation And Design, The Object Should Be Visually And Energetically Upgraded At The Same Time. Since The Building (Facade) Is Partly Under Monument Protection, The Insulation Could Be Installed On The Inside Of The Outer Walls. A Fire Protection Analysis Of The General Areas Within The Building Was Commissioned Externally And The Implementation Is Not Part Of This Planning Tender.
