Public Transport Services By Railways – Selection Of A Carrier For The Conclusion Of A Contract For Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers By Railway On Selected Lines By Electric Rail Units. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Performance Of Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers In Public Rail Passenger Transport For The Purpose Of Ensuring Traffic Service Especially In The Territory Of The Capital City Of Prague And The Central Bohemian Region, In Accordance With Act No. 131/2000 Coll., On The Capital City Of Prague, As Amended, Act No. 129/2000 Coll., On The Regions, As Amended, And § 2 Zvs. The Subject Of The Public Contract Will Be Fulfilled On The Basis Of Contracts Concluded By Individual Contracting Authorities With The Supplier Who Submits The Most Economically Advantageous Offer. The Contracts Will Be Concluded As A So-Called Gross Contract, Where Opportunities And Risks Associated With The Time Development Of The Revenue Amount Will Be Fully Borne By The Contracting Authority. The Subject Of Public Procurement Is Specified In More Detail In The Binding Contract Proposals (Annex No. 4 Of The Tender Documentation). Other Technical Conditions Defining The Subject Of The Public Contract Are Set Out In Article 10 Of The Tender Documentation.
