The Courcelle Pr Is A Building To Be Constructed In Concrete In R+0, With External Dimensions 2 3.10 M (L) X 9.10 M (L) X 6.80 M Excluding Parapet And Guardrail. The Facades Of The Building Are Part Of An Architectural Approach And Are Covered With Wooden Cladding Over 1 Length And 1 Width. The Pr Is Installed Within The Ratp Station Premises, In The Immediate Vicinity Of Operating Buildings In Service. The Creation Of The Courcelle Recovery Station Includes In Particular: — Studies And Execution Methods, Layouts, Topographical Surveys And Monitoring Of Neighboring Structures; Major Works: — Full-Scale Demolition And Earthworks; — The Construction Of A Retaining Wall (Approximately 40 M), With A Height Of Approximately 6.00 M; The Pr Will Be Partially Inserted Into An Embankment, Requiring Earthworks In A Constrained/Restricted Area, With The Creation Of An L-Shaped Retaining Wall Which Will Serve As A Wall Over The Length And Width Of The Building. The Creation Of A Berliner Avoiding The Retaining Wall With A Less Dimensional Sail Is Acceptable Depending On The Demonstration Of The Time And Economic Gain. — Civil Engineering Works For The Creation Of The Pr (Approximately 210 M2), — Deg Type Extradossal Waterproofing Works For The Buried Parts Of The Pr; — The Waterproofing Of The Pr Roofing Slab; — Wet Network Work Including The Management Of The Ep Of The Pr From The Roof To The Connection Into The Existing Network; — Execution Of Dry Network Works (1 Multitubular 4 Ducts For Hta Enedis And Draft Chambers, 1 Multitubular 54 Ducts For Energy And Ratp System, Technical Gutters, Draft Chambers), Secondary Work: — Coating Work, Interior Anti-Dust Painting — Metalwork Work: Guardrails (Approximately 65 M), Ventilation Grilles (Approximately 12 M2), Installation Of Hands Common, Crinoline And Roof Access Ladders, Pedestrian Access Doors And Truck Access Doors, Fence (Approximately 66 M) Gates And Gates; — The Implementation Of A Clear Wooden Track Cladding Over 1 Length And 1 Width Of The Pr (Approximately 225 M2) — The Creation Of 2 Or 3 Catenary And Slab Masses As Well As An Associated Under-Track Crossing, Obligatory In Itc 2027 (Interface With The Ratp Catenary Profession) Landscaping: — The Implementation Of A Green Roof Covering The Pr And A Green Complex Of The Type Eco Vegetal (Approximately 150 M2) In The Environment Of The Pr And The Station Area The Work Will Be Carried Out According To A Complex Schedule Linked To The Various Constraints Generated By The Isolation Of The Work Zone, The Proximity Of The Operator, Local Residents And Transport Users As Well As A School.
