The Supplier Guarantees That The Goods Supplied Under The Agreement Are New And Unused. The Supplier Further Warrants That The Goods Supplied Hereunder Will Be Free From Defects In Design, Materials Or Workmanship Under Normal Use Of The Goods Supplied By The Customer. Poor Quality Goods Will Not Be Accepted If You Are Not Satisfied. The Supplier Must Deliver The Goods To The Destination. Transportation Of These Goods To The Destination Is Carried Out And Paid For By The Supplier. Delivery Time Of Goods Is Within 15 Days After Signing The Contract.
