The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Design Works By The Contractor And, Based On Them, Construction And Assembly Works For The Investment Project Entitled: Construction Of A New Building For The Needs Of A Shelter For Homeless Animals Entitled: Together For Animal Health. Modernization Of The Shelter Infirmary. Investment Site: Ul. Łaszczyka 18 In Bytom.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Functional And Utility Program.3. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With At Least 60 Months Of Warranty And Guarantee For The Design Work Performed And Other Documents Developed As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, For The Construction Works Performed And The Construction Materials, Installations, Devices And Equipment Elements Used, Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works, Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. (The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty Period And Warranty For The Completed Design Work And Other Documents Developed As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, For The Construction Works Performed And The Construction Materials Used, Installations, Devices And Equipment Elements, Which Will Be Assessed Under The Offer Evaluation Criteria (See Part Xviii Of The Swz)).5. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of Design Documentation, 2) Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Opinions And Permits, 3) Reporting The Commencement Of Works, 4) Execution Of Construction Works, 5) Performing Authors Supervision, 6) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. 7) Preparation Of As-Built Geodetic Inventory With Inclusion On The Resource Maps Of The Bytom Commune - If Applicable. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers. The Subject Of The Order Is Uniform. Its Division Would Involve The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract, Which Could Consequently Result In A Threat To Obtaining The Final Result Of The Required Quality And The Division Of Liability Under Guarantee And Warranty Among Different Contractors. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Indicates That This Procedure Is One Of The Contracts Covered By Separate Procedures For General Construction Works, And The Value Of The Contract Was Estimated At A Level Not Exceeding The Statutory Threshold. The Terms Of The Order Were Set At A Minimum Level. The Order Is Therefore Fully Available To Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises.
