The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Designation And Construction Of A Bicycle Path In The Chełmiec Commune - Stage I Under Contract No. Femp.07.02-Iż.00-0004/25-00-Xxi/335/Fe/25 Of January 13, 2026. Proceedings Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund, Program: European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027, Priority: Femp.07 European Funds For Local Communities, Measure: Femp.07.02 Iti - Support For Grassroots Initiatives In Urban Areas, Project Type With Szop: D. Tourist Routes. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Construction Of A Bicycle Path From Km 0+000 To Km 0+382 (Working Km) And From Km Approx. 0+447 To Km 2+569, Construction Of Rest Areas For Cyclists: In Km 0+455, At Km 1+350 And 1+995, Reconstruction Of The Internal Road Section From Km 0+000 (0+408 Working Km) To Km 0+041 (Approx. 0+447 Working Km) With A Length Of Approx. 41 M, Construction Of External Lighting With Monitoring From Km 0+410 To Km 0+455 (Working Km). As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Obtain All Final Permits After Completion Of The Works, Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions Required By Law Together With The Use Permit And Will Bear The Costs Of Obtaining Them. The Ordering Party Will Grant The Contractor A Power Of Attorney To Represent Him In Order To Fulfill The Obligation. The Contractor Must Offer: 1) At Least A 3-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order; 2) A 5-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitute Annex No. 7 To The Swz And Annex No. 8 To The Swz, Respectively. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
