The Investment Is Located On The Registered Plot No. 33/4, Zakrzewko District. The Tasks And Detailed Scope Of Works Of Individual Parts Of The Order Are Included In The Technical And Construction Designs, Bills Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), Which Documents Constitute Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Tender Documentation.3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Carry Out All Construction Works And The Accompanying Supplies And Services Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order. In Case Of Doubt, The Contractor Is Deemed To Have Undertaken To Perform All Works, Supplies And Services Covered By The Documentation Indicated In Point 3 Above. In The Event Of Any Contradictions In The Provisions Contained In The Documents Listed In Point 3 Above, They Should Be Translated In Accordance With The Purpose Of The Order And In A Way That Ensures The Correct Implementation Of The Investment.
