3.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Opinions And Permits, Including Notification Of The Intention To Start Construction Works And The Delivery And Installation Of 66 Home Sewage Treatment Plants As Part Of The Project Entitled: Purchase And Installation Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Sulejów Commune. The Investment Is Implemented As Part Of The Intervention I.10.10 Infrastructure In Rural Areas And Implementation Of The Concept Of Smart Villages - Area A Investments In The Field Of Individual Sewage Treatment Systems Under The Strategic Plan For The Common Agricultural Policy For 2023-2027. 3.2 The Detailed Material Scope Is Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order And The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) And Includes In Particular: 1) Stage I - Development Of Complete Design Documentation Required By Law And Specified In The Swz, Along With Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Expert Opinions, Studies, Permits And Decisions Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Including In Particular The Notification Of Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit; 2) Stage Ii - Execution, Based On The Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party, Referred To In Point. 1) Construction Works With The Full Scope Of: Accompanying Works, Required Tests And Inspections, And Cleaning Works. 3.3 The Total Number Of 66 Household Biological Sewage Treatment Plants (Pboś) Includes 38 Sewage Treatment Plants Serving Households With Up To 4 Inhabitants, 25 Sewage Treatment Plants Serving Households With 5-6 Inhabitants, 2 Sewage Treatment Plants Serving Households With 7-8 Inhabitants, 1 Sewage Treatment Plant Serving Households With 9-10 Inhabitants. 3.4 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Locations Indicated In Annex 1 To The Ffu, In Particular In Cases Of Resignation Of The Owners Of Households At A Given Address Or Complications In Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements Or Decisions. In Such Cases, The Ordering Party Intends To Use The Reserve List. Such A Change Does Not Constitute An Amendment To The Contract.3.5 The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Identification Of Soil And Water Conditions For The Feasibility Of Carrying Out The Design And Implementation Of A Complex Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Sulejów Commune And Preparation Of Geotechnical Documentation.2) Purchase Of Maps For Advisory Purposes.3) Preparation Of The Necessary Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Required Consents, Opinions And Permits To Perform The Works By Submitting Applications With The Required Attachments In Accordance With Applicable Regulations Law.4) Obtaining Written Consent Of The Owners Of Individual Plots For The Implementation Of The Developed Documentation.5) Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of 66 Pieces Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants (Pboś) And Sewage Pumping Stations, If
