1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Preparation And Delivery Of Two-Course Lunches With A Drink And Dessert For Students Of Primary School No. 1. Janusz Korczak In Nowogród Bobrzański At Ul. Marcinkowskiego 2.2. The Service Will Be Provided To An Estimated 100 Students On Working Days From Monday To Friday, Starting From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027, And From September 1 To June 23, 2028, Excluding The Period Of Christmas Breaks, School Holidays And Public Or Additional School Holidays.3. Primary School No. 1 In Nowogród Bobrzański Has A School Canteen To Which Lunches Should Be Delivered.4. Delivery Of Meals From The Production Site To The School Canteen Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor At Its Expense. 5. The School Is Responsible For All Organizational Matters Related To The Direct Provision Of Meals To Children Using The School Canteen Services. The School Has Its Own Tableware (Plates, Cups, Cutlery).6. Costs Related To Serving Lunch, Washing Dishes, And Cleaning The Canteen Will Be Borne By The School - These Costs Should Not Be Included In The Calculation Of The Lunch Price.7. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare And Deliver Meals To The School On The Following Dates And In The Following Quantities: A) The Expected Number Of Days On Which Lunches Will Be Delivered Is 163 In One School Year. At The Same Time, The School Reserves The Right That This Number May Change. B) The School Plans That The Daily Demand Is An Estimated 100 Lunches. If The Total Supply Of Lunches Is Lower Than Planned By The School For The Day (100 Pieces), The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Financial Claims In This Respect. We Reserve The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Number Of Lunches Delivered On A Given Day According To Students Orders, C) Any Changes In The Quantity Of Ordered Lunches Will Be Reported To The Contractor No Later Than The Time Specified In The Offer Form, D) Notifications About Changes In Quantity Will Be Made By Parents/Guardians Of Students Registered For Lunches, Directly To The Task Contractor, In The Manner Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Submit Contact Details In Order To Conclude The Contract And Make Them Available To The School After Signing It, E) The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep A Current Provision List, According To The Ordering Partys Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Contract, F) The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Check The Quantity Of Meals In The Provision List For A Given Month And Clarify Any Inaccuracies By Determining The Final Number Of Meals Served, G) In The Event Of A Need To Increase Or Reduce Lunches In Previously Planned Situations (E.G.
