Seats In Buses Not Used By Students May Be Occupied By Other People. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In Annex No. 10 To The Swz. 2) Settlements And Payments Are Specified In The Swz And The Provisions Of The Agreement. Failure To Include The Costs Specified In The Swz And The Provisions Of The Agreement By The Contractor In His Offer, As Well As Underestimation, Omission And Lack Of Sufficient Recognition Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Cannot In Any Case Constitute The Basis For The Ordering Party To Incur Any Additional Costs At A Later Date.3) The Contractor Must Anticipate All Circumstances That May Affect The Price Of The Order, Therefore It Is Recommended To Carry Out, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, A Local Inspection Of The Area Covering The Subject Of The Order And Its Surroundings And Obtain All Necessary Information Regarding Risks, Difficulties And Any Other Circumstances That May Occur During The Execution Of The Order.
