The Subject Of The Order Must Comply With Applicable Standards And Regulations, In Particular: 1) The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251);2) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502);4. The Ordering Party Expects The Delivery Of A Brand New, Fully Operational Vehicle That Meets The Technical, Quality And Operational Requirements, Manufactured In 2025 Or Newer.5. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Used To Transport Drinking Water Tankers, A Sewage Pumping Station And A Trailer With The Olioc Product Range.
