1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Collective Catering Services For Students At Primary School No. 80 In Wrocław, At Ul. Polna 4, Consisting In Organizing Meals For A Maximum Of 650, And On Average 600 Students A Day, Staying At The Ordering Partys Facility On A Daily Basis - According To The Rules Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz;2. The Estimated Number Of Meals Served Is 113,600. The Minimum Daily Number Of Food Packages That The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Is 10 Sets.3. Within The Indicated Number Of Meals, The Following Diets Should Be Served: 1) Elimination Diets: A) Dairy-Free Diet B) Dairy-Free, Egg-Free Diet C) Dairy-Free Diet, Including Fish And Soy Allergies D) Vegetarian Diet E) Dairy-Free Diet, Including Cocoa Allergy F) Dairy-Free Diet, Including Nut, Cocoa, Chocolate, Citrus, Sesame Allergies G) Vegetarian Diet Taking Into Account Fish And Soy Allergies 2) Specialized Diets: A) Gluten-Free Diet 4. The Detailed Scope And Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In The Detailed Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement - Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.6. In Order To Complete The Order In Question, The Ordering Party Will Rent The Necessary Rooms To The Contractor. Taking Into Account The Possibility Of Exercising The Ordering Partys And Parental Control In The Process Of Preparing Meals, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Prepare Meals Comprehensively On-Site In The Building Of The Primary School No. 80 In Wrocław, At Ul. Polnej 4, 52-120 Wrocław, In Accordance With The Presented And Approved Menus (Starting With The Delivery Of The Necessary Raw Materials - For Heat And Culinary Treatment) And Then Serve Them In The School Canteen2) Unless Comprehensive Preparation Of Meals Is Possible On Site At The Ordering Partys Premises, The Contractor Will Preliminary Prepare The Individual Ingredients Of The Dinner In Its Own Kitchen That Meets The Necessary Sanitary Requirements, And Then Deliver Them To The Ordering Partys Premises And Undergo The Necessary On-Site Heat And Culinary Treatment And Will Be Given To Students In The School Canteen. 8.
