The Renovation Concerns The Existing Building Of The Municipal Cultural Center And Consists Of Construction Works Aimed At Improving The Functionality Of The Building And Ensuring Full Accessibility For People With Special Needs. As Part Of The Task, It Is Necessary To Perform The Following Works: 1.1 Construction Of A Ramp For People With Disabilities, 1.1 Construction Of A Sanitary Facility For People With Disabilities With Equipment, 1.1 Renovation Of The Social Room, 1.1 Renovation Of Floors Along With Plastering And Painting Works (Staircase And Hall). 2 The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Village Community Center In Zacharzowice, Ul. Wiejska 55, On Plot No. 498/91, Zacharzowice District, In The Design And Build Formula. The Task Includes: 2.1 Preparing The Necessary Expert Opinions On The Technical Condition Of Structural Elements After The Fire; 2.2 Prepare Complete Design Documentation (Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design) 2.3 Obtain On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Required Arrangements, Opinions, Administrative Decisions, Including The Final Decision On The Building Permit Or Amendment Of The Building Permit; 2.4 Perform Demolition Works, Including The Complete Dismantling Of The Destroyed Roof Structure, Brick Walls Of The First Floor, The Burnt Wooden Ceiling Above The First Floor And External And Internal Staircases Connected With The Floor Being Demolished; 2.5 Perform Construction And Reconstruction Works, 2.6 Perform Finishing And Assembly Works, 2.7 Perform Internal Installations, Including Replacing The Water And Sewage Installations In The Bathroom And Social Annex; 2.8 Perform Electrical And Lighting Works, 2.9 Use Energy-Saving Led Lighting; 2.10 Installation Of A Lightning Protection System On A New Roof; 2.11 Liquidation Of Remains After Demolition Works; 2.12 Land Development, Including Reconstruction And Repair Of The Concrete/Paving Band Around The Building; 2.13 Tidying Up The Entrance Area To The Building.
