The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of A Municipal Road In Głuszyn With A Length Of Approx. 243 M And An Average Width Of 4.00 M (Plot No. 328/3). The Scope Includes The Preparation Of The Base For A Road Section Of Approximately 88 M And The Construction Of An Asphalt Wearing Course Along The Entire Length Of The Road, I.E. 243 M, In Particular: - Cutting Of Roadsides Along The Planned Road, - Channeling Of The Road Section (Approx. 88 M) With Mechanical Profiling And Compaction Of The Existing Subgrade, - Construction Of A Drainage Layer Of Sand With Mechanical Compaction Of The Existing Subgrade. 10 Cm, - Execution Of The Lower Foundation Layer Of The Road Section From Crushed Aggregate With A Fraction Of 31.5-63 And Thickness. 15 Cm, And The Upper Layer Of Crushed Aggregate With A Fraction Of 0-31.5 And Thickness. 10 Cm, Sprinkling The Entire Road Surface With Asphalt, Making An Ac 11S Abrasive Asphalt Layer With A Thickness Of 5 Cm After Compaction Over The Entire Length Of Approx. 243 M, Tidying Up The Adjacent Area After The Works Are Completed. Requirements: 1) For The Works Covered By The Task, The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For A Minimum Period Of 3 Years, A Maximum Of 5 Years From The Date Of The Final Acceptance Report Of The Works.2) The Contractor, After Completion Works, Is Obliged To Prepare An As-Built Cost Estimate With Measurements Of The Works Performed And Obtain Its Acceptance By The Ordering Party. Additional Requirements: 1) The Costs Of Marking And Securing The Works For The Duration Of The Works Should Be Included; 2) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Protection Of Installations Of Underground Devices Located On The Ground Surface, Such As: Valves, Wells, Hydrants, Etc. The Contractor Will Immediately Notify The Ordering Party And The Interested Operator Of These Devices About The Fact Of Accidental Damage To These Installations And Will Cooperated With Them By Providing All The Assistance Needed To Make Appropriate Repairs And Will Cover The Costs Of These Repairs;3) The Wearing Course Should Be Made Over The Entire Width Of The Road;4) The Costs Of Collecting At Least 3 Samples Of The Bituminous Surface Should Be Included (The Place Of Collection Is Indicated By The Ordering Party) And The Test Results Should Be Submitted To The Ordering Party;5) The Contractor Shall Be Fully Liable For Any Disruptions To Road Traffic As Well As Damages And Losses Resulting From The Works;6) All Materials Used To Carry Out The Task Must Be Of The First Quality And Must Have Approvals, Certificates And Technical Approvals Allowing For Use In Construction (Approvals, Certificates And Approvals Should Be Provided To The Ordering Party) And Must Be At Least Technically Equivalent To Those Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities;7) After Completion Of The Works, Waste Must Be Removed And The Construction Site And The Area Adjacent To The Construction Site Must Be Cleaned Up;8) The Contractor Is Obliged To Protect Against
