The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Works, Consisting In The Ongoing Maintenance And Renovation Of Rooms In The Buildings Of The Chancellery Of The Senate At Ul.: Wiejska 6/8, Frascati 2, Smolna 12 And Wiejska 12, In Warsaw.2. General Description Of The Conditions For Performing Works In The Buildings Of The Senate Chancellery: 2.1. All Works Will Be Performed In An Active And Used Facility And Subject To Special Procedures Ensuring The Safety Of This Type Of Facilities, Which Involves:2.1.1. With The Need To Stay On The Work Site Of Persons With Appropriate Construction Licenses To Manage The Works And Experience;2.1.2. With The Organization And Conduct Of Works In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of Facility Users, In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations;2.1.3. With The Performance Of Works (Approx. 60% Of Their Planned Scope) On Weekdays After 4:00 P.M., As Well As At Night And On Non-Working Days;2.1.4. With Compliance With The Comments And Recommendations Issued By The Marshals Guard And The State Protection Service;2.1.5. With The Use Of Equipment Connected To A Vacuum Cleaner Or Other Dust-Absorbing Devices When Performing Dirty Works And, Regardless Of This, The Use Of Appropriate Protection Of Elements And Equipment In Rooms Exposed To Dust Or Damage During The Works;2.1.6. With Daily Cleaning Of The Area Adjacent To The Site Of Works;2.1.7. With The Removal Of Rubble And Demolition Materials From Buildings And Their Disposal At Their Own Expense;2.1.8. With The Performance Of Works By Persons Wearing Uniform Work Clothes With Visible Contractor Identification.2.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To:2.2.1. Perform Works In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And The Principles Of Construction Practice, Technical Knowledge And Applicable Technical Conditions For The Acceptance Of Works;2.2.2. Present For The Ordering Partys Approval All Materials That Will Be Incorporated And Provide Appropriate Certificates And Quality Certificates For These Materials. The Materials Used In The Implementation Of The Works Must Meet The Requirements Of Construction Products Specified In The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Construction Products.3. Details Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Together With The Bill Of Quantities - An Annex To The Opz. 4.
