Tenders Are Invited For Development Of Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Extension Of The Municipal Road Ul. Knight Of Racibor In The Towns Of Kończyce And Raciborowice

1. The Ordering Party Orders, And The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare, Design Documentation For The Task Regarding The Expansion Of The Municipal Road Ul. Knight Of Racibor In The Towns Of Kończyce And Raciborowice, Michałowice Commune, Along With Obtaining Appropriate Administrative Arrangements And Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of The Task.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Design Documentation Divided Into Stages: 1) Stage I - Performing A Current Study Of The Legal Status Of The Property, Preparing A Geotechnical Opinion, Developing A Conceptual Design On A Current Map For Design Purposes, Estimating The Investment Costs, Obtaining A Positive Opinion From The Road Manager, 2) Stage Ii - Developing A Construction Design For The Investment Task, Reporting Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit And/Or Submitting An Application For A Zrid Decision And/Or An Application For A Building Permit Along With The Adoption Of The Relevant Application By The Competent Authority In The Form Of Initiating Proceedings,3) Stage Iii - Development Of An Executive Design And Obtaining A Final Or Immediately Enforceable Zrid Decision And/Or A Building Permit Decision And/Or Obtaining A Certificate Of No Objection To The Submitted Application.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Are Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, Including: In: 1) Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), 2) Annex No. 9 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu).4. The Above-Mentioned Documents Are To Be Treated As Complementary To Each Other.
