The Subject Of The Order Is Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Rejowiec Commune 2026 4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Collected In The Rejowiec Commune For A Period Of 106 Days. 4.2 The Implementation Of The Order Must Ensure The Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods And A Reduction In The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws 2025, Item 733, As Amended), And The Provisions Of The Provincial Waste Management Plan, Adopted Resolution Of The Lublin Voivodeship Assembly No. Xxiv/349/16 Of December 2, 2016 On The Implementation Of The Waste Management Plan For The Lublin Voivodeship 2022, As Amended. And The Provisions Of The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Rejowiec Commune. 4.3. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: 4.4. Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste: 1) From Property Owners Residing In The Rejowiec Commune, Regardless Of The Weather Conditions. Number Of Inhabitants Of The Rejowiec Commune - Estimated 5,900 People, Number Of Farms - Approximately 1,800. The Estimated Amount Of Waste Is 216 Mg.2) Mixed Waste To The Municipal Waste Processing Plant In Srebrzyszcz, 22-100 Chełm, And To The Inter-Municipal Municipal Waste Landfill Kras-Eko In Wincentów, 22-302 Siennica Nadolna,3) Waste Selectively Collected To The Municipal Waste Processing Plant In Srebrzyszcz Or Installations Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer,4) Waste From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point Located On The Premises Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Wólka Rejowiecka,5) Waste Collected In Containers In The City Of Rejowiec, And Waste From Public Places At The Request Of The Client. 4.5. Free Provision Of Appropriate Bags For Collected Municipal Waste To Property Owners. 4.6.
