1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task: Delivery Of Fuel Pellets To Zsckr In Studzieniec.2. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Sell And Deliver To The Ordering Partys Office: O Fuel Pellets - A Total Quantity Of Approximately 200 Tons, With The Following Parameters: - Enplus A1 Certificate Recorded In The Epc Database - Din Plus Certificate Recorded In The Epc Database - Pellet Made Of Coniferous Sawdust (Pine Or Spruce) Without The Addition Of Binders - Calorific Value: Min. 16.5 Mj/Kg, - Ash Content: Max. 0.7%, - Humidity: Max. 10%.- Mechanical Strength (Abrasion) ≥ 98%3. A Quality Certificate Confirming Compliance With The Parameters Specified In Section 2.4 Is Required For Each Delivery. The Contractor Will Deliver The Pellets Using A Vehicle For Transporting Loose Pellets With Pneumatic Unloading To The Storage Tank At The Ordering Partys.5. Pellet Deliveries Will Be Made Successively On The Basis Of The Delivery Schedule Agreed Between The Parties, Based On The Principle: Delivery After The Ordering Partys Information Within No Longer Than 2 Business Days, Counted From The Date Of Sending The Request To The Contractors E-Mail Address: ………………………., Even Without Confirmation Of Receipt Of The Message. 6. The Ordering Party Recommends Carrying Out A Site Visit.7. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, In Connection With Art. 438 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract (Within The Meaning Of Article 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code), Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order. 8. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Perform Verification And Control Activities Towards The Contractor Regarding The Fulfillment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of The Requirement To Employ Persons Performing The Work Specified In Section Under An Employment Contract. 7 Activities.
