1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale And Delivery Of One Brand New Wheeled Backhoe Loader Intended For Earthworks And Loading Works As Well As For Carrying Out Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense. The Offered Machine Must Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, From Mass Production And Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2026. The Backhoe Loader Must Be Adapted To Move On Public Roads In Accordance With Applicable Law And Have Documents Enabling Its Registration And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. The Machine Must Be Equipped With A Self-Leveling System For The Loader Bucket And A Stabilization System For The Loader Bucket, As Well As A Hydraulic Side-Shift System For The Excavator Boom.
