The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Work Titled: Modernization Of The Maneuvering Yard On The Premises Of The Training Ground And The Logistics And Development Base Of The Fire Academy In Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Dismantling, Relocation For The Period Of Modernization Of The Square Surface And Reassembly Of Container Stands In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, On The Terms Described In The Opz And In Accordance With The Operation And Maintenance Instructions And Documentation Made Available To The Contractor. The Object Of The Order Must Be Performed To The Extent And In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Swz, In Particular In Annex No. 1 Constituting A Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Opz), Including The Documentation Attached To The Opz And In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Construction Practice. Detailed Requirements For The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.
