1. The Subject Of The Social Service Contract Is: Provision Of Care Services From Monday To Friday From 8:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. For Approximately 4,680 Hours. 2. Care Services Referred To In Section 1 Include, Among Others: 1) Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs, I.E.: A. Assistance In Making Purchases (Food, Cleaning Products, Newspapers, Etc.) And Delivering Them To The Patient, B. Preparing Products Or Meals For The Part Of The Day When The Patient Will Be Left Alone (Afternoon Snack, Dinner) And Storing Them Properly, And In The Case Of The Patients Limited Mobility, Also Feeding And Supplementing Water, C. Assistance In Heating The Apartment, D. Assistance In Paying Fees And Charges2) Hygiene Care, I.E.: A. Activities Related To Maintaining The Personal Hygiene Of The Patient, B. If Necessary, Protection With Diapers And Toilet After Each Time They Get Dirty, C. Changing Into Clean Clothes, D. Preventing Pressure Ulcers, E. Activities Related To Maintaining Hygiene In The Room, 3) Care Recommended By The Doctor, 4) Ensuring Contact With The Environment: A. In The Case Of People Living Alone, Maintaining Contacts With Family, Neighbors And Friends, B. Going For Walks With The Patients, C. Maintaining Constant Contact With The Doctor, D. Providing The Possibility Of Contact Or Intermediary In Contacts With Institutions, E.G. Gops, Pcpr, Zus, Courts, Etc
