Tenders Are Invited For Adaptation Of An Existing Cold Store - Expansion Of Two Cold Rooms In The Design And Build Formula

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Adaptation Of Existing Storage Rooms Into Two Cold Chambers: Chamber No. 1 And Chamber No. 2. The Chambers Will Be Intended For Storing Plant Material Requiring Controlled Temperature Conditions In The Range Of +2°C To +4°C. The Order Includes The Development Of A Complete, Working And Ready-To-Use Solution, Including The Development Of Design Documentation, Obtaining The Required Agreements And Decisions, Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works, Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment, Commissioning, Tests, Training And Submission Of As-Built Documentation. The Scope Of The Order Includes At Least: • Preparation Of A Technical, Dimensional And Industrial Inventory Of Rooms And Installations Colliding With The Scope Of Works; • Development Of Complete Design Documentation In All Required Industries, To The Extent Enabling Legal Execution And Use Intentions;• Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Opinions, Notifications, Decisions And Permits On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Including A Building Permit Or Submitting A Notification Of Works, If Required;• Performance Of Demolition, Disassembly, Construction, Insulation, Assembly, Installation, Electrical And Instrumentation Works;• Delivery, Assembly, Connection, Filling, Commissioning And Regulation Of A Complete Refrigeration System For Each Chamber;• Implementation Of An Independent Control System, Temperature Recording, Alarms And Security Systems, Including A System Man In The Chamber;• Carrying Out Tests, Measurements, Technological Start-Up, Temperature Tests, User Training And As-Built Documentation. The Scope Also Includes All Temporary, Auxiliary And Accompanying Works Necessary To Achieve The Functional Effect Described In The Ffu, Even If They Are Not Listed Literally, But Are Necessary From The Point Of View Of Applicable Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Safety Or Proper Operation Of Cold Rooms.2.
