3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of A Brand New Backhoe Loader With Accessories. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Manufacturing And Legal Defects, Equipped With All Operating Fluids And Ready For Immediate Operation. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party (Ul. Rynek 1, 37-611 Cieszanów). The Vehicle Must Comply With Applicable Standards And Regulations, And In Particular It Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Road Traffic Law Together With The Implementing Provisions Of This Act And Must Come From An Authorized Sales Channel, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of Warranty Rights. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Organize Training For Designated Persons. By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Operation, Operation And Maintenance Of The Device At The Ordering Partys Premises.
