1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Design Documentation For The Renovation Of The Viaduct Named After Prof. Dr. Rudolf Stefan Weigl Located Along The National Road - Zana Street In Przemyśl. The Facility In Question Was Decided By The Decision Of The Podkarpackie Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Przemyśl, No. Uoz-4.5130.49.2013/14 Of February 13, 2014 Was Entered As An Immovable Monument In The Register Of Monuments Under The Number A-1220 (Annex No. 2 To The Opz). The Study Should Take Into Account The Following Sections Of Mileage Along National Road No. 28: 1) Access To The Intersection Of H. Siemiradzkiego, A. Mickiewicza And Ul. T. Zana Towards The Viaduct At Km 347+328 To Km 347-523.2) Viaduct Named After Prof. Rudolf Weigl At Km From 347-523 To Km 347+584, 3) Access To The Viaduct Towards The Intersection Of T. Zana, A. Mickiewicza And Lwowska Streets At Km From 347+584 To Km 347-875, And A Section Of A Public Internal Road Located Under The Viaduct With A Length Of Approx. 120 M. (I.E.: Approx. 60 Meters From The Viaduct Axis). In 2026 Expert Opinion On The Prof. Dr. Rudolf Weigl Viaduct Along The National Category Road No. 28 - Zana Street In Przemyśl Was Prepared - Spr Series Report No. 26/2026 Containing, Among Others, Control Review And Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Facility, Assessment Of The Further Operational Suitability Of The Structure And A Concept Of Further Actions (Appendix No. 4 To The Opz). The Study In Question Constitutes Guidelines For The Preparation Of Design Documentation. The Design Process Should Take Into Account The Possibility Of Increasing The Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Facility. Additionally, A Bridge Facility Card Has Been Prepared For The Facility In Question (Appendix No. 5 To The Opz). For The Facility In Question, It Is Necessary To Design M3 Class Lighting, Illuminating The Street. Nestor Under The Viaduct, 60 Meters Long. From The Axis Of The M4 Class Object And The Illumination Of The Object. Due To The Historic Nature Of The Facility, Lighting And Illumination Of The Street The Nestor And The Illumination Of The Facility Should Be Designed In Consultation With The Podkarpackie Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. Comprehensive Design Documentation Should Include: 1) Map For Design Purposes, 2) Construction Design (Pzt, Pab, Pt And Annexes To The Pb) In All Necessary Industries, I.E. Road, Sanitary, Electrical And Possible Elimination Of Conflicts With The Existing Underground And Above-Ground Infrastructure, Along With All Required Opinions And Arrangements - 5 Copies. 3) Design Of Permanent Road Traffic Organization (Vertical And Horizontal Markings) Thick Layer) - 5 Copies 4) Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (For Each Industry), 5) Investors Cost Estimate (For Each Industry) Along With A Summary Of Costs, 6) Offer Cost Estimate (For Each
