Tenders Are Invited For Retrofitting The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Resources Of The Żyraków Commune With A Backhoe Loader

1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New, Complete Backhoe Loader With Accessories, Documentation, Transport, Commissioning And Operator Training. The Machine Will Be Equipment Of The Żyraków Commune Used To Carry Out Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense, In Particular To Perform Earthworks And Security Works, Remove The Effects Of Extraordinary Events, Clear Roads And Access Roads, Remove Debris And Carry Out Work On Failures Of Municipal Infrastructure. 2) The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Tasks Specified In The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program And Financed From A Special-Purpose Subsidy From The State Budget Provided By The Podkarpackie Voivode. 3) The Machine Must Be Legally Permitted To Move On Public Roads, In Accordance With Its Classification Resulting From The Manufacturers Documentation. The Contractor Will Provide The Eu/Ce Declaration Of Conformity And Other Documents Required By Law For A Given Type Of Machine. If, According To The Classification Of The Offered Machine, It Is Subject To Registration, The Contractor Will Provide A Set Of Documents Enabling Its First Registration.4) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is: Annex No. 4 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz).
