4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services Consisting In The Preparation, Portioning, Delivery And Unloading Of All-Day Meals For Children Attending The Municipal Nurseries Of The Wólka Commune, Located In: 1) Kolonia Pliszczyn 184, 20-258 Kolonia Pliszczyn; 2) Turka, Ul. Brzozowa 34, 20-258 Turka;3) Łuszczów Pół 162A, 20-258 Łuszczów Pół.4.2. The Maximum Scope Of The Basic Order Is 25,806 Portions Of Full-Day Meals, Corresponding To A Maximum Of 102 Children During The Order Execution Period. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Implementation Of The Basic Order To A Minimum Extent Of 50% Of Its Maximum Amount, I.E. 12,903 Portions Of Full Board. Failure To Use The Remaining Part Of The Basic Order Beyond The Guaranteed Scope Does Not Constitute Grounds For The Contractor To Pursue Any Claims Against The Ordering Party.4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Requirements Regarding The Quality Of Meals, Menus, Special Diets, Transport, Sanitary Requirements, Method Of Delivery, Quality Control And Other Obligations Of The Contractor, Is Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
