This Request for Proposal (RFP) forms part of a competitive tender process to select partners capable of delivering high-quality, sustainable, and community-focused sports destinations. The proposed developments are expected to integrate indoor and outdoor sports facilities with complementary amenities, including food and beverage and ancillary retail, creating vibrant destinations that encourage regular physical activity, community engagement, and year-round activation while preserving sport as the primary use. The successful investor will enter into a long-term lease agreement with the relevant government entity, granting the right to design, build, operate, maintain, and transfer the facility at the end of the lease term. Bidders must demonstrate proven experience in delivering and operating comparable sports, wellness, or recreational developments and present an operating model that ensures long-term quality, financial sustainability, and community value.
