Request for Quotation for RFQ-Public Participation Survey Distribution and Promotion Services Bidding Opens on: 24 July 2026 Due on: 29 July 2026 Estimated Value: AED 0 - 0 Tender Details: The Environment Agency Abu Dhabi (EAD), established in 1996, is mandated to protect and enhance Abu Dhabis environment, including air quality, groundwater resources, and biodiversity across terrestrial and marine ecosystems. EAD works in collaboration with government entities, the private sector, non-governmental organizations, and international partners to drive sustainable development through evidence-based policies, innovation, and stakeholder engagement. In line with its strategic priorities and commitment to environmental awareness and community engagement, EAD is implementing the Abu Dhabi Mangrove Week 2026, a multi-day initiative under the Abu Dhabi Mangrove Initiative (ADMI). The event aims to promote awareness of mangrove ecosystems, support citizen science, and foster public and corporate participation in conservation efforts. EAD is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to appoint a qualified and experienced event management agency to design, plan, and deliver the Abu Dhabi Mangrove Week 2026. The selected agency will be responsible for end-to-end event management, including project planning, logistics, production, branding, and stakeholder engagement, in accordance with the Scope of Work outlined in this RFP. The event will span multiple days and locations within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and will target a diverse audience, including government stakeholders, schools, corporate participants, and the general public. The appointed agency is expected to deliver a high-quality, engaging, and operationally efficient event that aligns with EADs environmental objectives, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements. The engagement will be on a fixed-price basis, and bidders are required to demonstrate a clear understanding of the scope, propose a robust execution methodology, and ensure cost-effective delivery of services while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and stakeholder experience.
