Expression of Interest for Acquisition of Hand-Held Tillers (Goods). As part of the implementation of its activities, LuxDev, the Luxembourg Development Cooperation Agency, on behalf of the ISHEMA Project Improving Skills for Holistic Employment in Modern Agriculture receiving financial support from the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, seeks to hire an economic operator for the tender of acquisition of Hand-held Tillers. The performance period of the contract is 3 months. Objective and expected results of the contract The objective of this procurement is to strengthen the operational capacity of selected Centres of Excellence through the provision of hand-held tillers that will support agricultural mechanization training, land preparation, crop production activities, demonstration farming, equipment maintenance training, and climate-smart agricultural practices. Expected results include: Supply and delivery of fully compliant hand-held tillers to the technical specifications; Successful inspection, commissioning, and operational testing of all equipment; Training of operators, instructors, trainees, and maintenance personnel on safe operation, routine servicing, and preventive maintenance; Provision of complete technical, operational, maintenance, safety, and warranty documentation; Availability of after-sales support, spare parts, and technical assistance; Successful handover and acceptance of all hand-held tillers in accordance with the contract requirements.
