The Future Forests Ecosystems Centre Of The Ministry Of Forests Is Seeking A Forestry Consultant To Deliver Extension Services For The Climate Change Informed Species Selection (Cciss) Tool. This Includes Producing Practitioner-Ready Guidance That Translates Cciss Outputs Into Operational Tree Species Selection Decisions, Developing Species-Specific Management Recommendations, And Creating A Comprehensive Extension Package (Presentations, Articles, Web Content, And User-Facing Materials) That Clearly Explains How And When To Use The Tool In Practice.The Contractor Will Also Design Training (Online Course, Webinar, And Explainer Video) And Lead Hands-On Pilot Implementation Of Cciss Within Reforestation Programs By Working Directly With Select End User From The Ministry Staff, Bc Timber Sales, Licensees, And/Or Forest Landscape Planning Tables.
