Repair Project Earthworks In The Yard Area. In The Courtyard Areas Of The Site, All Old Asphalt Areas Will Be Removed And Renewed. The Elevations On The Edges Of The Asphalt Roads Will Be Dismantled. In Other Areas Of The Site, The Asphalted Areas Will Be Repaired And Renewed According To The Plans Attached To The Request For Tender. The Grass Areas Of The Site Will Be Renewed And Repaired In The Necessary Parts According To The Plans, The Area To Be Repaired Must Join The Old Grass Area Seamlessly. The Contract Includes Mechanical Cleaning And Aeration Of The Grass Area That Is Not Being Renewed. Moss Removal/Milling Is Carried Out Throughout The Grass Area With Spring Blades, Which Remove Moss And Old Dead Grass From The Grass Area. After Mechanical Cleaning, The Grass Area Is Aired Throughout. After Aerating, The Grass Area Is Raked Clean And Sand Is Evenly Spread Over The Grass Area To Fill The Aeration Holes. After Spreading The Sand, Lawn Seeds Are Added To The Entire Lawn Area. Lawn Planting And The First Mowing Are Part Of The Contract. The Contract Includes Surface Leveling Of The Entire Site In Accordance With The Geo-Plans. All Documents In The Request For Tender Complement Each Other.
