Tenders Are Invited For European Tender For Environmental Policy And Applicable Regulations Application H2o

The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Select One (1) Contractor Who Supplies, Implements, Hosts And Manages An Environmental Policy Application And An Applicable Control Application That Functionally And Technically Meet The Requirements Of The Environmental Act And The Requirements And Wishes Of H2o, As Detailed In The Program Of Requirements (Chapter 5). H2o Attaches Particular Importance To A Well-Secured Coherence Between The Legal Rules In The Environmental Plan And The Applicable Rules Derived From It, To User-Friendly And Efficient Support For Daily Work Processes, And To Continuity Of Services During And After The Transition To The New Solution(S). The Execution Of The Assignment Will Commence On January 1, 2027, For A Period Of Four (4) Years (Until December 31, 2030). H2o Has The Unilateral Option To Extend The Agreement A Maximum Of Three Times (3X) For Two (2) Years Each Time. Upon Full Use Of These Extension Options.
