Specific Item No. 1 - Supply Through The Purchase Of Disinfectant Materials, Cleaning Agents And Sanitation, Included In The List Under Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Ppa. Special Item No. 2 - Supply By Purchase Of Disinfection Materials, Cleaning Agents And Sanitation. ​​​​​​​​A Description Of The Items By Type Is Contained In The Technical Specification – Appendix No. 1-1 For Separate Item No. 1 (Op 1) And Appendix No. 1-2 For Separate Item No. 2 (Op 2), Attached To The Participation Documentation. The Contracting Authority Does Not Undertake To Declare All Types And Items Specified In The Technical Specification – Appendix No. 1-1 For Separate Item No. 1 (Op 1) And Appendix No. 1-2 For Separate Item No. 2 (Op 2). In Order To Comply With The Provisions Of Art. 47A Of The Law On Public Procurement (Sg, No. 88 Of 2023, In Force From 1.01.2024) And In Connection With The Fact That Some Of The Items Subject To This Public Procurement Fall Within The Scope Of Regulation No. H-1 Of 23.07.2024 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products Subject To Public Procurement, In Force From 08/14/2024, The Contracting Authority Requires That The Items Offered By The Participants Meet The Minimum Environmental Requirements Defined In Ordinance No. H-1 Of 07/23/2024.
