Bdz - Passenger Transport Eood Uses Overhead Cranes, Cantilever Cranes, Hoists And Other Lifting Equipment. The Need To Maintain In Good Technical Condition And Trouble-Free Operation Of The Vehicle And The Operation Of These Facilities Is Allowed Only If They Have Been Functionally Checked, Examined And Repaired By Persons Entered In The Register Of The State Agency For Metrological And Technical Supervision /Damtn/ Under Art. 36, Para. 1 Of The Law On Technical Requirements For Products /Zitp/ And Meet The Requirements Of Art. 36, Para. 2 And Para. 3 Of The Same Law. Inspections And Functional Checks Of Lifting Equipment Are Carried Out Monthly, Every Three Months And Every Six Months, Respectively, And Include Activities According To Appendix 4 Of The Ordinance On The Device, Safe Operation And Technical Supervision Of Lifting Equipment /Nbetips/.
