Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of 1 (One) Number Of Used Garbage Collection Vehicles For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Mizia

The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of 1 (One) Number Of Used Specialized Garbage Collection And Garbage Disposal Vehicles, Consisting Of A Basic Vehicle And A Superstructure For Garbage Collection And Garbage Disposal Of The Variopress Type, In Full Compliance With The Minimum Technical And Functional Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, Defined In The Technical Specification. Object Of This Public Procurement Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Zop Is Delivery. The Present Procedure Will Be Conducted Under The Conditions Of The So-Called Reverse Order. On The Basis Of Art. 181, Para. 2 Of The Zop, The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Will Be Carried Out Before Examining The Documents For Compliance With The Selection Criteria, Subject To Compliance With The Requirements Of Art. 104, Para. 3 Of The Zop. The Check For The Presence Of Grounds For Removal And For Compliance With The Selection Criteria Is Carried Out In A Way That Is Not Affected By The Results Of The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals. ​​​​​​​
