Tenders Are Invited For Engineering: Design, Construction And Authors Supervision Of A Site: Improvement Of Inter-Block Spaces In The City Of Sevlievo By Specific Positions

The Current Public Procurement Includes The Following Specific Items: 1. Separate Position No. 1: Improvement Of Inter-Block Space In Upi I, Quarter 81, Town Of Sevlievo, Falling Into Land Property With Identifier 65927.501.1859 According To The Kkkr Of The Town Of Sevlievo; 2. Separate Item No. 2: Improvement Of Inter-Block Space In Upi Xvii, Quarter 81, Town Of Sevlievo, Falling Into Land Property With Identifier 65927.501.4744 According To The Kkkr Of The Town Of Sevlievo; The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of Each Of The Individual Positions: Activity 1: Design-Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase, With Volume And Content According To Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects. The Project Should Cover All The Necessary Activities For The Improvement Of The Inter-Block Spaces For The Land Property Of The Respective Designated Position, Including Reconstruction, Rehabilitation And New Construction Of Elements Of The Technical Infrastructure And Adjacent Areas, When This Is Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment Intention. The Design Development For Each Specific Position Should Include The Following Parts: Part Geodesy, Part Roads, Part Traffic Organization And Temporary Organization And Safety Of Traffic, Part Safety And Health Plan, Part Fire Safety, Part Construction Waste Management Plan, Part Accounting Documentation, Including Detailed Quantity Accounts And Quantity-Value Accounts For All Project Parts. Activity 2: Smr – Implementation Of Smr (Construction And Assembly Works) On An Approved Investment Project, As Well As Preparation Of Executive Documentation; Activity 3: Exercising Author Supervision During Construction.
