Type Of Order: Pursuant To Chapter Twenty-Six Of The Public Procurement Act, Through An Announcement For The Collection Of Offers. Important! On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Civil Code And In Connection With Art. 7 Of The Ppzop, The Contracting Authority Has Assigned The Implementation Of Op No. 3 In The Order Of Individual And Value. The Separation Of This Separate Position Was Carried Out In The Presence Of The Required Conditions, According To The Provision Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, With An Order For Assignment Under Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Zop, By Concluding A Contract For Direct Award. The Value Of The Individual Items Does Not Exceed Eur 78,976.19, And Also Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Value Of The Order.
