The Contracting Authority Aims To Provide Consulting Support To Ensure The Timely And High-Quality Implementation Of Project Activities And Their Reporting, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Funding Program. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement And The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Are Detailed In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, An Integral Part Of This Documentation.
