The Investment Project Should Be Developed In The Technical Design Phase And Include The Following Project Parts: Architecture Part, Building Structures Part, Plumbing Part; Part Electrical; Part Fire Alarm; Part Hvac; Part Energy Efficiency, Part Fire Safety; Part Fire Protection Of Steel Structure, Part Parking And Landscaping, Part Geodesy And Vertical Planning; Health And Safety Plan; Construction Waste Management Plan; Part Accounting Documentation - Detailed Quantitative And Quantitative-Value Accounts For All Parts And In General For The Project.
