The Leased Space Is Currently Empty, With All Furnishings, Interior Walls, And Flooring Removed. The Project To Design And Build Out The Space Is Well Underway, With Anticipated Occupancy In Mid September. A Proposed Software Platform That Supports The Physical Infrastructure Must Be A Unified Enterprise Grade Security, Access Control, Cctv, And Alarm/Intrusion System With Both On-Premise And Cloud Or Hybrid-Cloud Capabilities.
